From the moment you arrive, your session is designed to feel calm, comfortable, and fully tailored to you. Whether you're coming in for therapeutic massage, TMJ work, or a customized facial, every visit begins with a short conversation to understand what your body needs that day.

Before Your Sesssion

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can discuss:

• Areas of tension or concern
• Any pain, stress, or tightness you're experiencing
• Your comfort level with pressure and techniques
• Goals for the session

This helps ensure your treatment is fully personalized from the start.

During Your Massage

Every session is customized based on what your body needs that day. I may use a blend of techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, assisted stretching, lymphatic work, and therapeutic tools to help relieve tension and improve mobility.

You are always in control of:


• Pressure level
• Focus areas
• Comfort adjustments

You’re welcome to talk or relax quietly — whatever helps you feel most at ease.

For TMJ & Intraoral (Buccal Sessions)

​If your session includes buccal or intraoral work, everything will be explained beforehand, so you know exactly what to expect. This work is always done gently, professionally, and at your comfort level.

​

Many clients come in feeling nervous at first, but quickly find this work incredibly relieving for:

​

• Jaw tension
• Clenching & grinding
• Headaches
• Facial tightness

​

Nothing is ever done without your consent.

For Facial Treatments

​Each facial begins with a brief skin consultation so I can understand your concerns and tailor the treatment to your skin’s needs that day.

Your session may include:


• Deep cleansing
• Targeted exfoliation
• Lymphatic support
• Relaxing facial massage

The goal is healthy, balanced skin — not just a temporary glow.

For Prenatal Clients

Your comfort and safety always come first. Sessions are performed side-lying with supportive pillows, or face-down using a specialized pregnancy cushion when appropriate.

Pressure and positioning are always adjusted to help you feel supported and relaxed throughout your session.

After Your Visit

After your session, we may briefly discuss:

• Areas that need continued attention
• Helpful stretches or self-care tips
• Recommendations for ongoing care if needed

There’s never pressure — just guidance if you’d like it.

Do I need to undress completely?​​

No. You only undress to your comfort level.
You will always be fully covered with professional draping, and only the area being worked on is uncovered. Many clients keep underwear on — it’s completely up to you.

Is this a relaxation massage or therapeutic massage?

Every session is customized. Some clients want deeper therapeutic work, others want stress relief and relaxation. We adjust the pressure, techniques, and focus to what your body needs that day.

What if I have had a bad experience before?

I understand. Every therapist works differently. I take time to listen, check in often, and adjust pressure and techniques so you feel safe, comfortable, and supported the entire session.​​​

Will the massage hurt?

​​​Not unless you want deep pressure.
Every session is customized, and I check in throughout to make sure the pressure feels effective but safe. Some areas of tension may feel intense, but it should never feel overwhelming.

 

Can I ask for lighter or deeper pressure?

​​Absolutely. This is your session, and I want you to feel comfortable speaking up at any time. Pressure can be adjusted instantly.

What if I feel nervous or don’t know what to expect?

​​That’s completely normal.
Many clients feel unsure their first time. I’ll walk you through everything, answer questions, and make sure you feel safe and relaxed before we begin.

How often should I come in?

​​It depends on your goals.

​​​

• Pain or tension relief → weekly or bi-weekly at first
• TMJ or chronic issues → consistent sessions for best results
• Maintenance & relaxation → once a month works well

We can create a plan that fits your needs and lifestyle.

What makes this different from a typical massage?

​​Each session is customized using therapeutic techniques like:

• Deep tissue
• Myofascial release
• Assisted stretching
• Lymphatic drainage
• TMJ & intraoral work
• Hot stones, cupping, and tools when needed

This is results-focused care, not a routine spa massage.

Is TMJ or buccal (intraoral) massage safe?

​Yes. These techniques are done gently, professionally, and only with your full consent. Gloves are always used for intraoral work, and everything is explained before we begin.

Do I have to talk during the session?

​​Not at all. Some clients like to chat, others fall asleep. Both are perfectly okay. This is your time.

​​​

What should I wear?​​

Wear whatever feels comfortable. For massages, you’ll undress to your comfort level once in the room. If you are looking for a session with more stretching, tight fitting shorts are best to wear.


For facials, just arrive as you are.

Can I book if I’m pregnant?​​

Yes. Prenatal massage is offered in a safe side-lying or supported position designed for comfort and relaxation.

​​​

How early should I arrive?​

Please arrive about 5 minutes early so you have time to settle in and we can start your session on time.

​​

What if I’m running late?​

If you’re late, your session may be shortened so the next client isn’t affected. The full session price still applies.

Can massage help with headaches and jaw tension?​

Yes. Many clients experience relief from:

• Jaw clenching & grinding
• Tension headaches
• Neck & shoulder tightness
• Facial tension

Consistent sessions often provide the best results.

Do you offer relaxation massage?​​

Yes — but even relaxation sessions are customized to what your body needs that day. You can always request lighter pressure and a calming, stress-relief focused session.

What if I don’t know what service to choose?​​​

That’s okay. Just book the session length you prefer. Everything is customized once you arrive based on what your body needs.
