Our massage therapist uses deep tissue techniques, thermal gels, cupping and IASTM to alleviate pain and discomfort, while promoting relaxation and overall well-being. 1 Hour Reflexology
This 60 minute service includes a foot exfoliation, mud mask, lotion application/massage and reflexology. This ancient modality has been used as a method of healing by many cultures since the ancient times. Reflexology uses gentle pressure on specific points in your feet (or hands) to help with pain and stress relief. It's based on a theory that your feet (or hands) are connected to specific organs and body systems.

Prenatal
During this type of massage, your therapist (who is certified prenatal massage) will help to ease some of the aches and pains that come with pregnancy. It could also assist in reducing swelling, improving your mood and help to relieve anxiety. Your therapist will either use a special pregnancy pillow that allows you to lay face down or use the traditional side lying technique.

Hot Stones with Arnica Oil
Add a touch of tranquility to any of your massage services by including the Hot Oil Scalp Treatment. During this scalp massage, a deeply hydrating warm oil is used to massage and nourish the scalp, followed by a hot towel hair and scalp wrap with compressions.
The Hot Stone Add-on promotes a deeper relaxation by targeting tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. Your massage therapist will use hot stones while using long, Swedish massage techniques. Arnica oil along with basalt stones both have anti-inflammatory properties which will ultimately enhance your experience.
CBD Relief Treatment
Enhance your massage with our CBD infused massage oil, made with plant-based extracts that help to hydrate and nourish your skin.
Foot Exfoliation
Refreshing foot scrub treatment that helps to sooth and soften your skin, followed by a lotion.
